What we sell
We sell physical QR memorial plaques and provide digital memorial pages linked to those plaques. Product details and prices are shown on the shop. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken through Stripe at checkout. When your order is confirmed you receive an Order ID by email. Keep it — you need it with your checkout email to manage memorials.
Shipping
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination; we will email you when your memorial is ready to set up. Risk of loss passes when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Memorial pages
- You must only upload content you have the right to use.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, or harmful material. We may remove content or disable a page that breaches this.
- Published memorial URLs are accessible to anyone with the link or QR code.
Returns and refunds
Physical goods and cooling-off rights are described in our Returns Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
